GROUP PROGRAM FOR ORGANIZATIONS
A multi-session program that builds the clarity, confidence and influence multilingual managers need to lead
Program 02 | Group
This program is designed for organizations that want to strengthen their leadership pipeline and accelerate leadership readiness among high-potential multilingual managers who use English as an additional language at work. It prepares them for greater responsibility, visibility, and influence across the organization.
Delivered in small-group cohorts of just 4-8 participants, the program develops the communication, leadership, and professional performance capabilities required to represent the organization effectively, collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders, and lead with greater confidence in English-speaking business environments.
The program is based on the same Communication Performance Method used in our executive one-to-one programs, adapted to a highly interactive group format that allows participants to learn from real-world peer interaction, discussion, collaboration, and leadership simulations.
Unlike one-time workshops that focus primarily on awareness and immediate application, this program is designed to create lasting capability through ongoing practice, feedback, accountability, and real-world implementation over time.
The program is designed for organizations that want to strengthen their leadership pipeline and prepare emerging leaders for broader organizational responsibilities, especially those for whom English is a second language.
